WebThere's a retraining advisory that is published by AFPC periodically. It shows all the "Ins" and "Outs" for each AFSC. You want to look at the "Ins" as that's how many people they want to bring in. Make your list off of those openings, submit to AFPC and await approval. Once approved, you usually have further actions for that AFSC.

This process is the definition of 'hurry up and wait'. Caveat, I don't know your entire situation or all the ins and outs of retraining. Just my experience.
