I never see my Facebook friends … WebI want to explain it and she wants to understand but saying “it’s a thumping buzzing in my head” doesn’t explain how bad it is and how it really can interrupt life. I have regular tinnitus too with ringing and she understands that but we both want to know a better way I can explain the pulsatile sensation and why it’s so bad.
