Webled process and supports Horsham District Council’s (HDC) desire to produce a cohesive Local Plan. Therefore we hope that our comments to this regulation 18 consultation are used constructively to make certain that the plan properly plans for the natural capital needed within the district and ensures that any development is truly sustainable. WebCouncil has developed the Horsham North Draft Local Area Plan after receiving initial feedback from the community earlier this year. The purpose of the Local Area Plan is to provide strategic guidance on the future land use planning, urban improvements and change within Horsham North.
