I took the morning dose on a Saturday then took my next dose on Sunday evening. No issues, no effects just a switch that worked out well. WebAug 15, 2011 · And the higher the dose, the worse it is. From what I've read it sounds like people who take it at night end up switching to morning. YMMV.
